All of Europe's Best® fruits and vegetables are harvested at their peak of ripeness, then sorted, cleaned and frozen within a very short time by a unique process called Individually Quick Frozen (IQF). IQF literally flash freezes individual pieces of fresh fruits and vegetables as they move through on conveyor belts. While this process ensures that Europe's Best blueberries, chunks of mango, spinach nuggets, and other delicious foods, are convenient to buy and they look and taste as nature intended when you enjoy them at home, it also preserves the nutritional values of these foods!
