Ingredients:
• 500 g (1 bag) Europe's Best® Green and Yellow beans, frozen
• 15 mL (1 tbsp) olive oil
• 50 mL (1/4 cup) finely diced pepperoni or diced prosciutto
• 30 mL (2 tbsp) grated Parmesan cheese
• 15 mL (1 tbsp) chopped sun dried tomatoes (in oil)
• 2 mL (1/2 tsp) chopped fresh oregano (or 1 mL/1/4 tsp dried)
• 1 mL (1/4 tsp) pepper
Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, cook beans according to package directions, until tender. Drain well.
2. Add oil, pepperoni, cheese, tomatoes, oregano and pepper. Toss to coat beans with flavourings. Serve hot or just warm.
