Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients:

•   500 mL (2 cups) Europe's Best® Country Strawberries, frozen
•   500 mL (2 cups) milk
•   250 mL (1 cup) vanilla frozen yogurt
•   1 small banana, optional
•   5 mL (1 tsp) vanilla
•    honey to taste

Preparation:


1.  Place all ingredients in blender. Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.
2.  Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
