Quick'n Easy Fruity Smoothie

This is a fast and delicious way to get kids of all ages to have a serving of fruit and also drink milk! We've used a frozen berry mix but there are lots of other great choices including Caribbean Treasure, Mango and Strawberries – or a mix of all of them! Just be sure to use 1½ cups in total!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serving: 4 servings

Ingredients:

•   500 mL (2 cups) milk
•   375 mL (1 1/2 cups) Europe's Best® 4 Field Berry Mix, frozen
•   125 mL (1/2 cup) vanilla yogurt
•   15 mL (1 tbsp) honey or maple syrup

Preparation:


1.  Place fruit, milk and yogurt in a blender. Process at high speed until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
