Ingredients:
Fruit:
• 1L (4 cups) Europe’s Best® Sun Ripe Harvest Peaches
• 500mL (2 cups) fresh cranberries
• 125mL (1/2 cup) brown sugar
• 75mL (1/3 cup) All Purpose Flour
• 30mL (2 tbsp) chopped candied ginger
Topping:
• 250mL (1 cup) prepared granola cereal
• 175mL (3/4 cup) Oats
• 75mL (1/3 cup) brown sugar
• 5mL (1 tsp) ground cinnamon
• 75mL (1/3 cup) butter, melted
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8” (2L) baking dish.
2. In a bowl, combine fruit ingredients and spoon into prepared dish. In the same bowl, combine remaining ingredients for topping. Drop over fruit.
3. Bake 35-45 minutes, or until peaches are soft and topping is brown.
