Mango Tango Lassi Recipe

Mango Tango Lassi

Drinking lassi helps to beat the sun’s summer heat as well as calm the taste buds when serving a spicy dish.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: n/a
Serving: 4 cups ( 1 L)

Ingredients:

•   375 mL (1 1/2 cups) Regular, 2% or Fat Free Carnation® Evaporated Milk
•   250 mL (1 cup) Europe’s Best® Sunburst Mangoes
•   375 mL (1 1/2 cups) frozen mango gelato or sorbet, small scoops
•   125 mL (1/2 cup) mango or vanilla yogurt
•   30 mL (2 tbsp) lime or lemon juice
•   15 mL (1 tbsp) brown sugar

Preparation:


1.  In a blender, combine mango, evaporated milk, gelato, yogurt, lime juice and sugar.
2.  Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.

Tips:

•   Garnish with mint leaves.
