Capture the taste of the islands with this smoothie from Europe’s Best®. Chunks of frozen mango, plain yogurt, milk, a touch of honey and lime zest are blended into a refreshing tropical treat.

Ingredients:

•   375 mL (1 1/2 cups) Europe's Best® Sunburst Mangoes, frozen
•   250 mL (1 cup) 2% plain yogourt
•   375 mL (1 1/2 cups) 2% milk
•   15 mL (1 tbsp) honey
•   15 mL (1 tbsp) lime zest

Preparation:


1.  Place all ingredients in blender. Process at high speed until smooth, pulsing a few times to break up pieces of fruit.
