Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie

This smoothie is good and good for you, and it takes almost no time to prepare. All you do is combine blueberries, pomegranate juice and honey in a blender. Then, serve and enjoy at breakfast or as a refreshing snack.

Serving: 2 1/2 cups (625 mL)

Ingredients:

•   375 mL (1 1/2 cups) Europe's Best® Woodland Blueberries, frozen
•   250 mL (1 cup) pomegranate juice
•   15-30 mL (1-2 tbsp) honey, to taste

Preparation:


1.  Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If desired, thin to desired consistency with additional pomegranate juice.
